What can I say, This has been an amazing and blessed year! As of August 26th 2013 I have been named the new Miss Maryland International 2014. I am truly excited because the Miss International Pageant system is one of the most well respected and valued systems in the World. They have had so many amazing title holders who have gone on to change and help their communities in so many ways. I just can not believe and I am so excited to be apart of this wonderful family.My platform will continue to be My Choices, My Environment, where I will continue to raise awareness around sustainability locally and abroad. My goal as Miss Maryland International 2014 is to really help build a consensus community of sustainable individuals who want to make sure that we have a clean and healthy environment to pass on to future generations. In the next few week I will begin to unveil my platform as the environment and sustainability are two things I am very passionate about. In addition, I will have a large focus on emergency preparedness and lastly, I will focus on STEM and girls. As it is super important to engage young women in the sciences. Well that is all I have for now but I wanted to give you all a brief update on the changes that have happened.
